Job summary

Grove Collaborative is hiring Forklift Drivers at our Fulfillment Center in E-town, PA for the Day Shift (Inbound) from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm. Starting rate is $19.00 per hour.

You will operate high reach stand-up forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, and electric hand trucks to receive, store, and distribute products, maintain locations, and ensure safety. You will participate in cycle counts and adhere to OSHA guidelines to keep a safe, efficient warehouse running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months' experience operating cherry picker and high reach machines.
• Knowledge of handhelds is preferred but not required.
• Receiving experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate high reach stand-up forklift, cherry picker forklift, pallet jack and electric hand truck equipment to receive, store, and distribute products within the fulfillment center
• Maintain and consolidate bin locations, as directed
• Ensure proper safety standards are observed as pallets are placed into racking locations
• Assist with cycle counts as needed
• Assist in the put-away of newly received inventory as needed and meet daily put-away productivity standards
• Comply with OSHA and other safety regulations
