Job summary

Ardent Health Services in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Day Shift, Part-Time Float Pool Registered Nurse to support medical-surgical units and rehab services.

In this float pool role you will assess, plan, implement, and document patient care, ensuring high standards and regulatory compliance while collaborating with inter-disciplinary teams.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of critical care experience, an Oklahoma RN license, and BLS certification to be obtained within 14 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of critical care experience.
• Two-year associate degree.
• BLS certification obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
• Oklahoma Registered Nurse License.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document patient care activities in accordance with HHS standards.
• Provide care appropriate to the needs of patients served on each of the medical surgical units, including all med-surg units and rehab.
• Plan for the provision of patient care, including development, modification, and implementation of the plan of care in accordance with HHS standards.
• Adhere to and abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act and other regulatory and accrediting organizations, including CMS and TJC.
