Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Modifies patient plan of care based on data collection and patient needs.
• Uses evidence-based practice to deliver patient care.
• Delegates based on scope of practice.
• Verifies the plan of care with interprofessional team and patient/caregiver(s).
• Provides education based on learning needs and family involvement.
