The role requires experience with feed manufacturing or grain handling, basic mechanical knowledge, and strong teamwork. Competitive benefits are offered with a starting wage of $21 per hour and standard PTO.

Qualifications

• Experience or demonstrated ability in feed manufacturing (and/or grain handling).
• Understanding of mechanical systems; ability to perform minor maintenance.
• Adaptable multitasker with professionalism and strong interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable using electronic reports; acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Mix feed rations to established schedules and standards.
• Support timely, bio-secure manufacturing and delivery processes.
• Enforce biosecurity protocols and document mill records as directed.
• Receive and properly store ingredients/supplies to protect quality.
• Maintain site cleanliness, assist with minor repairs, and follow all safety requirements.
• Where applicable, support grain receiving, drying, storage, and ticketing/communication.
