Job summary

Loomis Armored Kernersville is hiring for a full-time cleaning associate to maintain facilities in Kernersville, NC. The role supports floor care, restroom upkeep, trash disposal and general cleaning tasks during a day shift from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Qualifications

• Self-starter with minimal supervision.
• Ability to push/pull wagons, carts or dollies loaded with cargo.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb and reach repeatedly.
• Able to lift and move items weighing about 50 lbs on a regular basis.
• Able to read and speak English to converse with co-workers and read receipts/reports.

Responsibilities

• Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, buffing and vacuuming.
• Gather, empty and discard trash; service, clean and supply restrooms.
• Clean and polish furniture, fixtures, windows and mirrors.
• Move heavy furniture/equipment and report major repairs to management.
• Follow safety procedures when using chemical cleaners and power equipment.
