Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Make work assignments and priorities; supervise inspections to meet standards.
• Assist in requisitioning equipment, prepare work orders for repairs.
• Coordinate with Bed Control and Nursing Units on patient room status; expedit e throughput using TeleTracker.
• Counsel employees; refer unsatisfactory staff per hospital policies.
• Cross-train for flexibility and support across facilities; rotate on-call as needed.
• Prepare daily activity records and evaluate personnel performance.
