Pay & Schedule

Pay: W2 commission plus tips

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 5:00 pm, or until your schedule is finished (our teams average completing their day by 3:00–4:00 pm)

Requirements

• Someone who loves to clean (no professional experience needed)
• Proficient and detail‑oriented
• Must be able to be on feet for most of the day; this job can be physically demanding
• Self‑starter and independent thinker/worker – opportunities for leadership exist
• Valid driver’s license and reliable car – we pay for miles
• Must be able to work at a fast pace while providing quality cleans
• Money‑motivated – goal to make 8 hours worth of pay in under 8 hours of labor
• Must be able to take direction
• Customer service skills are a must; must be able to speak/write/understand English
• Must be willing and able to learn from mistakes while being taught our systems
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Cell phone with internet access
• Can pass a background check
