Job summary

Lynx EMS provides private ambulance services for safe and timely patient transport to local area hospitals from diverse locations including homes, ERs, and care facilities. As an EMT on the day shift, you will perform emergency and non-emergency transports with a focus on safety, accuracy, and compassionate care.

You will support discharges, scheduled transfers, and peak daytime operations while maintaining clear documentation, equipment readiness, and coordination with dispatch and hospital

Qualifications

• Current State EMT Certification (or reciprocity eligible).
• Strong clinical judgment and patient care skills.
• Professional demeanor with excellent communication abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Commitment to reliability and punctuality for scheduled day shifts.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency and non-emergency calls promptly and professionally.
• Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care in accordance with state and company protocols.
• Safely operate and maintain assigned ambulance and equipment.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and accurate documentation.
• Ensure the ambulance unit is clean, stocked, and deployment-ready at all times.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, healthcare facilities, and team members.
• Uphold safety standards and compliance regulations.
