Job summary

Toppers Pizza Bloomington is seeking reliable, energetic Delivery Drivers to join our Bloomington team. You’ll deliver Toppers Pizza and other items to customers, while representing the brand with a friendly, professional attitude. When not delivering, you’ll help with kitchen tasks and store operations to keep the team running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Deliver orders efficiently and safely while following all traffic laws and company safety procedures.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service at every delivery.
• Handle orders and payments accurately and responsibly.
• Keep your vehicle clean and in good working condition.
• Help with local marketing by distributing menus, promoting specials, and helping get the word out about Toppers in our community.
• Help out inside the store whenever you're not on a delivery.
• Help make our fresh dough daily, including mixing, portioning, and preparing dough.
• Assist with food prep and keeping ingredients stocked and ready.
• Help make and cut pizzas while following Toppers standards for quality and presentation.
• Complete cleaning tasks during downtime, including keeping the kitchen, dining area, equipment, and work areas clean and organized.
• Be willing to jump in wherever you're needed and work as part of a team.
• Maintain a positive attitude and help create a great experience for both customers and coworkers.

We’re looking for reliable, energetic, and friendly people to join our Bloomington team.As a Toppers Pizza Delivery Driver, you’ll be an important part of providing great customer service while making sure our customers get their food quickly, accurately, and safely. When you’re not making deliveries, you’ll also be an important part of the restaurant team, helping with daily kitchen and store operations.Your primary responsibility is delivering Toppers Pizza and other menu items to our customers in a safe, efficient, and friendly manner. You’ll represent Toppers every time you’re on the road or interacting with a customer.This position is more than just driving. When you're not on a delivery, you'll help keep the store running smoothly by assisting with food preparation, making pizzas, cleaning, and other tasks as needed.
