GRBS Inc. invites you to join our team as a full-time day custodian with Wayland Union Schools. This role requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm, with one weekend per month.

The position offers a pay rate of $16.50 per hour, paid holidays after one year, paid time off, daily pay options, health insurance, and a 401K. We value diversity, safety, and dependable transportation to and from work.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with valid ID.
• Leadership experience required.
• Background restrictions: theft, violence or drug-related backgrounds not eligible for employment in Michigan.

Responsibilities

• Come to work consistently.
• Follow GRBS processes.
• Communicate respectfully with all coworkers.
• Complete duties according to the building map and shift.
• Perform cleaning tasks: vacuuming, mopping, dusting, restrooms, trash, and more.
