Qualifications

• This position requires six (6) months of verifiable custodial cleaning and floor maintenance experience.
• Valid Florida Driver’s License is required to operate college vehicles when necessary.
• Candidate must have own transportation to report to other college locations as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Picks up and removes all trash from assigned areas and secures doors and lights.
• Cleans chalkboards, whiteboards and erasers daily; cleans glass, chrome and exits.
• Performs floor maintenance including mopping, stripping, waxing and buffing in assigned areas.
