Job summary

A cleaning service provider is seeking a Custodian to ensure cleanliness and sanitation of assigned areas. Responsibilities include operating motorized equipment and adhering to safety protocols. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills and have some training or experience in cleaning methods. This full-time position offers a pay rate of $15.50 per hour, with a schedule from Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. Benefits package is included.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret instructions and manuals.
• Knowledge of cleaning compounds and chemicals, and their safe use.
• Willingness to share cleaning methods and knowledge with team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of assigned areas.
• Perform Hazardous Waste responsibilities as required.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
