Job summary

QuVa Pharma, Inc. is seeking a Compounding Pharmacy Technician for our Bloomsbury, NJ location. The role focuses on preparing sterile compounds in an aseptic environment, following strict procedures to ensure safety and quality.

You will support production with attention to detail and a commitment to patient care. The position is full-time, first shift, Monday–Friday, with a routine schedule and potential overtime.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Able to successfully complete a drug and background check.
• Able and willing to walk, stoop, stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. throughout each shift, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Wearing hair net, shoe covers, facemask, sterile gown, and gloves, etc.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; Quva is not able to sponsor applicants for work visas.

Responsibilities

• Compound sterile preparations accurately according to detailed instructions
• Clean work area and cleanroom (typically wiping down surfaces with aseptic wipe and occasional mopping)
• Comply with cGMPs and ISO standards at key steps in the work
• Follow SOPs and handle compounding protocols precisely
• Demonstrate initiative and manage time effectively
