Job summary

Arthrex, Inc. is seeking CNC Machine Operators to support the Pendleton, SC facility on day shift (Mon-Thu, 6:00 am–4:30 pm). Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent with CNC experience.

Growth through three operator levels (I–III) and regular interaction with team members support a strong manufacturing focus. Responsibilities include following processes, loading bar feeders, ensuring correct programs, deburring, measuring parts, and data entry in SAP.

Qualifications

• CNC MO I: High School Diploma or equivalent with 6 months CNC experience.
• CNC MO II: High School Diploma or equivalent with 2 years direct CNC machine experience.
• CNC MO III: High School Diploma or equivalent with 4 years direct CNC machine experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and verify programs, tools, and setups to ensure quality and conformance.

Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of CNC machines following written processes with minimal supervision.
• Load materials, perform line clearance, and verify correct programs and parts.
• Measure parts using precision instruments and ensure conformance to specifications.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and report safety concerns promptly.
• Support flexible shift changeovers and interact with team members to meet production goals.
