Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with at least 1 year of experience in a long-term care setting.
• Strong commitment to exceptional customer service and working with seniors.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents, including ADLs such as bathing, dressing and toileting.
• Assist with medication administration and vital signs monitoring.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment following infection control and safety protocols.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
• Participate in quality care initiatives and improve patient satisfaction.
