Job summary

Westminster Winter Park is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care in the Health Center, under supervision. You will preserve residents’ dignity, support ADLs, monitor condition, and report to the Director of Nursing. Schedule: Full Time, weekdays and weekends, 1st shift 7am-3pm.

Must be Florida-licensed CNA and CPR certified. One year in long-term care is desirable; prior home health or developmentally disabled experience helpful.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed in Florida as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
• CPR certification required.
• One year of long-term care experience desirable.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding).
• Maintain room hygiene, beds, and waste removal.
• Ensure meals are served on time and assist with feeding if needed.
• Take vital signs and report changes to the nurse.
• Adhere to infection prevention and control measures.
