Job summary

Universal Health Services’ Southeast Behavioral Hospital in Cape Girardeau, MO seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant to join the treatment team. You will provide continuous patient care under supervision of a Registered Nurse, interacting with patients across age ranges from adolescents to geriatrics.

Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid CNA license, and CPR certification. Weekend availability and flexible hours may be required; driver’s license is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required, with a valid CNA license.
• Two years of related psychiatric patient care experience preferred.
• Valid state driver’s license and active CNA license required.
• Completion of MAB Training, Handle with Care, Service Excellence Training and CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide continuous patient care and supervision under RN.
• Interact with patients from adolescence to geriatrics as part of the treatment team.
• May work weekends, overtime and have flexible hours as needed.
