You will document care, monitor changes, and collaborate with nurses to maintain quality resident care in a community setting.

Qualifications

• Assists residents with daily activities and personal hygiene.
• Turns and repositions bedridden patients.
• Reviews dietary restrictions and supports eating.

• Answers resident calls and provides appropriate help.
