Job summary

Ardent Health Services in Harker Heights, TX is seeking a day shift CMA to join Seton Medical Center Harker Heights in a PRN/float pool capacity.

The CMA provides clinical and administrative support under physician supervision, performs patient care tasks, maintains EMR and office software, and completes BLS within 14 days of hire.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Graduated from an accredited medical assistant/medical technologist school/program.
• Current national certification as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA).
• Basic Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and Microsoft Office knowledge.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
