Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Cleanroom Technician in Albuquerque, NM, to maintain cleanliness and sanitation of assigned areas. The role requires performing cleanroom duties, operating motorized cleaning equipment, and upholding daily upkeep while reporting incidents to a supervisor.

Shifts run Mon-Fri, 6am-2:30pm, with an hourly pay range of $15.25–$16.25. The company offers comprehensive benefits and emphasizes professional appearance and customer service standards in a team

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma/GED with 6 months–1 year of experience; or equivalent education/experience.
• Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: May be required to have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleanroom duties.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Stop at risk behavior of others and self.
• Perform work assignments in a team with other employees.
• Maintain clean work area.
• Follow all protocols, company procedures, policies, and rules.
• Take direction and respond to supervision.
• Talk with lead, supervisor, co-workers, managers, and customers in a professional manner.
• Fill in during staff shortage.
• Support shift lead in completing punch-list items.
• Use proper personal protective equipment.
• Present a professional appearance and conduct.
• Understand customer service and satisfaction.
• Understand reporting systems, and of the environment.
