Job summary

KleenMark is hiring a Cleaning Technician for the Madison operations. You will perform general cleaning and maintenance tasks across multiple buildings, following site instructions and schedules.

The role requires cross-training to provide emergency coverage as needed and supports a Monday–Friday 6:00 AM to 1:00 PM shift with a pay rate of $17.00 per hour. Responsibilities include cleaning restrooms, floors, break rooms, dusting, trash removal, and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Job details: Responsible for general cleaning and maintenance duties, following site-specific instructions and schedules.
• The position requires cross-training in multiple buildings to provide emergency and coverage support when needed.

Responsibilities

• Restrooms: cleans and disinfects sinks, countertops, toilets, mirrors, floors; replenishes bathroom supplies.
• Floors: sweeps, mops, vacuums; may include scrubbing, waxing and polishing floors.
• Break rooms/Kitchenettes: cleans sinks, countertops, tables, chairs, refrigerators; replenishes supplies.
• Dust: dusts furniture, equipment, partitions, etc.
• Trash: empties wastebaskets and recyclables; transports to disposal area.
• Other duties: cleans rugs, carpets, walls, windows, etc.
