Thatcher Chemical invites applications for a Chemical Mix Operator on Day Shift at our Utah facilities. You'll oversee production, blending, loading and unloading of plant chemicals, ensuring safety, quality, and efficient operation in a fast-paced environment.

This on-site role requires stamina, adherence to PPE protocols, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Our team values reliability, teamwork, and continuous improvement, with competitive hourly pay of $22–$25 and comprehensive benefits.

Competenze

• Desire to work safely and promote safe practices.

• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Mansioni

• Produce and mix chemicals as needed.
• Understand and operate plant equipment and processes.
• Load and unload tanks, rail cars, tanker trailers and containers.
• Operate pumps, mixers, and blenders.
• Operate forklift and maintain a clean work area.
• Perform light maintenance and support safety initiatives.
• Adhere to all PPE requirements and safety protocols.
