Job summary

Panera Bread Austintown DT is seeking Restaurant Team Members to greet guests and deliver excellent service in a fast-paced bakery-café. You will join a team that values warmth, belonging, growth, and trust while supporting your manager and teammates.

You may learn roles such as cashier, baking, drive-thru, salad and sandwich making, barista, dishwashing, and dining room upkeep, with a focus on health and food safety. Flexible schedules and competitive wages offered.

Qualifications

• Ability to work & learn in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to work 15-40 hours a week.

• Our salad & sandwich makers assemble a wide range of menu items ensuring every order is made quickly, correctly, and consistently.
