Job summary

Caring Senior Service in Waco, Texas is seeking Caregivers, CNAs, PCAs, and HHAs for flexible day shifts, part-time and PRN roles with short 2–4 hour blocks and bi-weekly pay. Join a team that values compassionate care and reliable scheduling.

Provide companionship, light housekeeping, mobility aid, and basic daily tasks while helping seniors stay safe and independent. Training and ongoing support are offered to help you grow with us.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a Caregiver, CNA, PCA, HHA, or similar role.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Prepare light meals.
• Provide light housekeeping.
• Promote client safety, comfort, and dignity.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For
