Job summary

CountryHouse Council Bluffs is seeking a compassionate Part-Time Day Shift Caregiver to assist residents with daily living activities and promote independence in a supportive Agemark Senior Living community.

You will help residents with dressing, bathing, meals, and personal needs, encourage activity, monitor well-being, and build connections with residents and families. Training is provided for those new to caregiving.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and friendly demeanor.
• Genuine heart for seniors and willingness to help.
• Team spirit and ability to collaborate with coworkers.
• Clear, patient communication with residents and families.
• Dependable for the day shift, including every other weekend/holidays as needed.
• Caregiving experience is helpful but not required; training is provided.
