You’ll operate scales and mixing equipment, maintain batch records, and follow safety and quality procedures.

The position offers $25.00-$26.00 per hour for 1st shift with competitive benefits. Strong math skills and attention to detail are essential, with a high school diploma or GED required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong math skills, including fractions, decimals, percentages, ratios, and basic calculations.
• Ability to read and follow formulas, batch sheets, labels, and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Accurately weigh, measure, and prepare raw materials for blending.
• Calculate weights, percentages, ratios, and quantities for batches.
• Stage materials and prep ingredients for production runs.
• Operate scales, mixers, and blending equipment as trained.
• Verify ingredient IDs, lot numbers, quantities, and expiration dates.
• Perform quality checks to meet specifications and maintain batch records.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized work areas; follow safety procedures.
• Communicate with production, quality, and warehouse teams to support schedules.
• Document production data and ensure material traceability.
• Identify discrepancies and report quality concerns promptly.
