Job summary

SYSCO is seeking a warehouse selector to pull case orders on an electric pallet jack, organize products by assignment, and load them onto designated routes in a fast-paced distribution setting.

The role requires lifting up to 50–80 lbs, working in a cooler, bending and climbing on equipment, and following supervisor guidance to ensure accurate, timely order fulfillment. Previous pallet jack experience is preferred, and a High School diploma or GED is preferred.

Physical Demand

• Frequent lifting of a product up to 50 lbs. during the shift, infrequent lifting up to 80 lbs.
• Must be able to climb on and off powered industrial equipment.
• Frequent bending, squatting, pushing, and pulling

Work Environment

• Must be able to work in confined spaces
