Job summary

Sysco Northeast Rdc in Harrisburg, PA, is seeking a Warehouse Sanitation Associate to maintain a clean and safe facility environment and follow Preferred Work Methods (PWM).

You will remove trash, clean floors and surfaces, operate scrubbers, sanitize restrooms and offices, and support daily sanitation schedules under supervision. High school diploma or GED and prior warehouse sanitation experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Previous sanitation experience in a warehouse environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate power scrubber, sweeper walk behind scrubber and other warehouse equipment.
• Clean warehouse walls, floors, racking, doors, etc.

• Sanitize restrooms, offices, break rooms, and locker rooms.
• Follow the daily schedule as assigned by the supervisor to ensure a continuous sanitation maintenance program.
• Maintain the warehouse in a clean and safe working environment.
• Perform other duties as directed by Supervisor.

• Sanitize restrooms, offices, break rooms, and locker rooms.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

• High school diploma or General Education Development (GED) or equivalent.

Experience

• Previous sanitation experience within a warehouse environment, highly preferred.
