ViaQuest Day & Employment Services is seeking a Program Specialist to join our Day Program in a full-time role on the 1st shift. Training is provided; no prior experience required.

The position focuses on direct care, safety, and empowering individuals with developmental disabilities while supporting their daily routines and community participation. The role requires at least 18 years old, a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Experience not required; training provided during employment.
• Ability to provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities to promote independence and safety.
• Supervise, teach, and assist individuals in daily activities.
• Transport individuals between homes and Day Program using a company van.
• Provide personal care assistance.
• Participate in community outings with transportation support.
