MasterCorp, Inc. is seeking a Day Porter to maintain the cleanliness of commercial properties and meet quality and timeliness standards.

You will perform duties such as cleaning main entrance glass, emptying trash, restocking restrooms, dusting fixtures, and vacuuming floors to uphold a safe, welcoming environment. This role requires a passion for cleanliness, a strong work ethic, and the ability to learn and adapt.

Qualifications

• Janitorial experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high standard of excellence
• Clean main entrance glass
• Empty and replace liners on exterior trash receptacles
• Restock restrooms (soap, towels, tissue, deodorizers) as needed
• Dust mullions and exterior windowsills
• Dust mop main lobby floor
• Dust fixtures and metal work in lobby
• Inspect and clean interior elevators' cabs
• Walk/police interior or exterior stairwells
• Flush drains in restrooms
• Vacuum
• Dust mop/sweep hard surface floors
• Wet mop hard surface floors
• Report maintenance issues per company procedure
• Report damaged carpets, drapes, furniture and linens
• Report inventory and supplies to Supervisor
• Report lost and found items to Supervisor/Manager
• Help keep storage closets clean and organized
• Ensure a safe working environment at each site and office
• Use supplies and equipment efficiently and effectively
• Use time wisely and efficiently
