Environment Control Spokane is hiring professional, part‑time daytime janitorial Team Members to join a locally owned company with 50+ years of experience. Make offices sparkle by vacuuming, mopping, and wiping surfaces; keep bathrooms clean; empty trash and sanitize touchpoints; be available for clients' needs; and follow training steps we provide.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have reliable transportation and a smartphone for scheduling.
• Capable of lifting up to 25 lbs and performing physical tasks.
• Able to read and follow simple instructions in English.
• Successful completion of a background check.

Responsibilities

• Make offices sparkle by vacuuming, mopping, and wiping down surfaces.
• Keep bathrooms fresh and stocked; gloves provided.
• Empty trash, sanitize touchpoints, and make spaces shine.
• Be available for clients’ needs and communicate supply needs.
• Follow cleaning procedures and training provided.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Make offices sparkle by vacuuming, mopping, and wiping down surfaces.
• Keep bathrooms fresh and stocked (yes, we provide gloves!).
• Empty trash, sanitize touchpoints, and make spaces shine.
• Be available for our clients’ needs.
• Communicate with your supervisor about supply needs or issues.
• Follow simple cleaning procedures—we train you every step of the way!

What You'll Need:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have reliable transportation & a smartphone (for scheduling).
• Capable of lifting up to 25 lbs and performing physical tasks such as bending, walking, and general movement.
• Able to read and follow simple instructions in English (Intermediate – Level 2).
• Successful completion of a background check.
• If assigned to a medical facility, you’ll need black scrub bottoms.
• High school diploma or equivalent? Awesome! (But not required).
• Your own reliable vehicle.
