CCS Facility Services is seeking a Day Porter to maintain clean and orderly common areas of office buildings, apartments, or other facilities in Chino, CA. The role requires availability Wednesday through Friday and Sundays with a 6-hour shift starting at 10:00 p.m.

The position emphasizes attention to cleanliness, safety, and proactive upkeep across lobbies and restrooms. Compensation ranges from $16.90 to $18.50 per hour with a DailyPay option, supporting immediate access to earned wages.

Responsabilidades

• Spot clean lobby glass doors and polish chrome on lobby doors.
• Vacuum elevator cabs and wipe cab doors, walls, and tops twice daily.
• Inspect the building exterior and pick up trash; empty exterior receptacles.
• Check restrooms twice daily and vacuum lobby daily.
• Vacuum carpeted floors and dust mop lobby floors twice daily.
• Polish elevator cab railings and doors; assist building engineer daily.

Job Details:

A Day porter is responsible for maintaining common areas of office buildings, apartment houses, or other commercial or institutional buildings in clean and orderly condition by performing the following duties:

Work Schedule: This position requires availability Wednesday through Friday and Sundays, working a 6-hour shift beginning at 10:00 p.m.

Location: Chino, CA

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Spot clean the lobby glass doors
• Polish chrome on lobby doors
• Vacuum elevator cabs and wipe cab doors, walls, and tops twice a day
• Inspect the building exterior and pick up any trash
• Clean ashtrays and sand urns on every floor
• Empty and clean exterior trash receptacles
• Check restrooms twice daily
• Vacuum lobby once a day or as needed
• Sweep stairwells and landings as needed
• Remove all debris from landscaped areas as needed
• Sweep building entrances
• Clean and remove smudges and marks on walls, doors, and wall covering
• Report any lights out (exit, directory boards, etc.) to the Management Office
• Report any solicitors to the Management Office
• Where applicable, police lobby to keep floors and planters free of paper, debris, etc. Policing should be scheduled at high-traffic times each day. Empty all trash receptacles
• Vacuum carpeted floors
• Dust mop lobby floors twice daily
• Polish elevator cab railings and doors and main lobby call buttons
• Assist building Engineer daily per Management discretion
