Job summary

Goodwill of Colorado is hiring a Day Porter janitor to maintain cleanliness and safety during business hours at an on-site location. The role emphasizes daily custodial work and adherence to safety standards.

The janitor will perform tasks such as replacing bulbs, painting, HVAC filter changes, and light maintenance while supporting events and customer-facing areas. Strong English communication and reliability are required.

Qualifications

• Reads, writes and communicates effectively in English.
• 1–2 years of knowledge/experience in industrial cleaning.
• Ability to use a variety of hand tools and maintenance equipment.

Responsibilities

• Replace non-LED light bulbs as needed.
• Paint as required.
• Regular HVAC filter changes.
• Deliver parts and tools to work areas.
• Clean up job site/work area(s).
• Event setup and cleanup after events.
• Perform quality control checks in facilities.
• Move and assemble furniture as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
