You will support daily operations by maintaining clean Common areas, production spaces, and employee areas. As a Day Porter you will sweep, mop, vacuum, restock supplies, respond quickly to spills, follow safety procedures, and communicate professionally with supervisors and coworkers.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily responsibilities.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness throughout the industrial facility during the workday.
• Perform routine cleaning of production areas, breakrooms, restrooms, offices, and common spaces.
• Monitor and maintain high-traffic areas to ensure they remain clean and safe.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors as needed.
• Empty trash and recycling containers and replace liners.
• Clean and sanitize frequently touched surfaces.
• Restock restroom, breakroom, and facility supplies.
• Respond quickly to spills, messes, and immediate cleaning needs.
• Assist with keeping work areas organized and presentable.
• Safely operate cleaning equipment and use approved cleaning chemicals.
• Follow all company safety procedures and facility guidelines.
• Report safety concerns, maintenance issues, or supply needs to management.
• Communicate professionally with supervisors, coworkers, and customer personnel.
