Responsibilities

• Collect, remove, and dispose of trash and recycling throughout the facility.
• Clean and restock restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
• Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and spot cleaning.
• Monitor facility conditions and report maintenance, safety, or security concerns to management.
• Assist with furniture movement, event setup, and special projects as needed.
• Remove debris and litter from building grounds, parking areas, and exterior walkways.
• Clean glass surfaces, doors, and windows within reach.
• Respond promptly to spills, emergencies, and customer service requests.
• Maintain supply inventories and notify supervisors when replenishment is needed.
• Operate cleaning equipment and tools safely and effectively.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Overview

The Porter is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and overall upkeep of assigned facilities and surrounding grounds. • Previous porter, janitorial, custodial, facilities, or general labor experience preferred.
• Customer-facing experience is a plus.
