Job summary

GDI Services Inc US in Cleveland, OH, is seeking a dependable custodian to join our facilities team. Work Monday–Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, performing routine cleaning of a commercial office building and common areas.

The successful candidate will sweep, mop, vacuum, and restrooms, with the ability to follow supervisor instructions, work with a crew, and meet customer requests. Must have reliable transportation and wear steel-toed shoes when required.

Qualifications

• Experience cleaning commercial buildings is a plus.
• Ability to work with other crew members.
• Ability to listen to customer requests and follow supervisor instructions.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Steel-toed shoes required when applicable.
• Ability to work in hot conditions.

• Cleaning restrooms, break rooms, dusting and trash removal.
• Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
