Job summary

ABM is seeking a diligent custodian to perform cleaning and maintenance across lobbies, offices, restrooms, and outdoor areas in Cincinnati. The role supports facilities operations with tasks from sweeping and mopping to furniture movement and light maintenance.

Shift runs Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 12:00 pm, with pay at $18.00 per hour and weekly pay. A high school diploma is preferred, and prior custodial experience is a plus, reflecting our commitment to a clean, safe, and welcoming

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Previous custodial/housekeeping/porter experience is an asset.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning and maintenance duties in all assigned areas (lobbies, hallways, offices, restrooms, outdoor spaces).
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors; dust surfaces and clean windows.
• Transport trash and recyclables to designated disposal areas.
• Set up and break down rooms or spaces for meetings, events or functions.
• Assist with moving furniture, equipment, and deliveries throughout the facility.
• Perform light maintenance tasks (change light bulbs, report leaks, etc.).
• Replenish cleaning and restroom supplies as necessary.
• Support team members and other departments with facility-related needs.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
