Job summary

Kids for the Future in Baltimore, MD is seeking an on-call janitorial staff to keep facilities clean, safe, and welcoming. This role requires flexibility as work hours vary by site needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum six (6) months of janitorial or custodial experience preferred.
• Knowledge of standard cleaning methods and procedures.
• Ability to stand, walk, and bend for long periods.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Experience using cleaning equipment such as vacuums and floor buffers.
• Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and safety guidelines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work variable hours and respond to call-ins as needed.
