Job summary

4M Building Solutions in Rochester, MN is seeking a Day Matron/Porter for part-time hours 9:00am–5:00pm, Monday to Friday. This entry-level role offers on-the-job training and the chance to grow within a supportive janitorial team.

You will perform light maintenance, replenish restrooms, assist with moves and inventory, and coordinate meeting setups. English is required; drug screening and background check apply; reliable transportation is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• No janitorial experience required. (We train you in our best practices)
• Successful drug screening and background check.
• Comply with social distancing requirements and safety guidelines.
• The team member must wear provided 4M apparel and personal protective equipment when necessary in accordance with position and OSHA requirements.
• Reliable Transportation.
