Job summary

4M Building Solutions is hiring a Day Matron/Porter for part-time hours (Mon-Fri 10am-2pm) at our Minnesota location. The role covers light maintenance, restock of restrooms, and assisting with moves and meeting setups.

Training will be provided, and daily tasks support a stable, team-based culture. Competitive pay at $18.00/hour with benefits including medical, dental and vision, 401k with employer match, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Janitorial experience required (we train you in best practices).
• Successful drug screening and background check. Covid and Flu vaccinations.

Job Description

The responsibilities include: perform light duty maintenance, replenish paper and tissue in restrooms, assist with moves, inventory supplies, coordinate with meeting set ups.
