Job summary

Pritchard Industries is seeking a Day Matron to maintain cleanliness across facilities. The role involves vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, trash removal, and cleaning rest rooms and break rooms to ensure a healthy, safe environment.

The position is full-time in Secaucus, NJ, offering an hourly pay of $20, with 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm, and benefits including health coverage, 401K, life insurance, and more.

Qualifications

• Must be able to follow instructions from supervisor and complete all tasks effectively.
• Prior cleaning experience is a plus.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Janitor experience a plus but will train.
• Reliable Transportation.

You may be responsible for vacuuming, mopping, sweeping floors, trash removal rest room and break room cleaning and other miscellaneous duties to ensure that building and facilities are maintained in a healthy, safe, and sanitary manner. Ideal candidate will have professional attitude & appearance and is initiative-taking, hardworking, dependable, and responsible.
