Your daily impact:

As our next Litter Crew team member, you'll play an important role in helping keep customer properties clean, safe, and well-maintained. In this role, you'll walk assigned properties, collect litter and debris, remove trash, and help ensure parking lots, sidewalks, and surrounding areas are properly cleaned and maintained.

The job responsibilities below outline the core duties and expectations of a position, providing clarity on how the role supports Company goals.   • Safety & Inspection:Wear all required PPE and remain alert to environmental and equipment-related hazards.
  • Execution:Assist in a variety of general maintenance and cleanup tasks, completing them efficiently and thoroughly.
  • Equipment Operation:Use small hand tools and light equipment under supervision, following all safety procedures.
  • Material Handling:Load, carry, and organize materials as directed to support team operations.
  • Reporting:Report any equipment issues, malfunctions, near misses, crashes, or injuries within 30 minutes or as soon as safely possible. Immediately escalation opportunities, work issues, or safety concerns to management.
  • Communication: Ask questions to clarify tasks and actively listen to instructions from supervisors and peers.
  • Compliance & Documentation:Follow all site rules, safety protocols, and task checklists as part of the daily workflow.
  • Adaptability & Problem Solving:Adapt to changing work environments and assist where needed to help meet team goals.
  • Regular & Predictable Attendance:The ability to consistently report to work on time and as scheduled, with minimal unexcused absences. This includes being present and prepared to work throughout assigned shifts, and reliably adhering to start times, breaks, and end times.
Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Education: Ability to read
  • Experience:1 year of experience in litter collection, groundskeeping, property maintenance, janitorial services, or a related field preferred.
  • Age:Must be at least18years of age

Physical Requirements:
  • Work Environment & Exposure:Constant work outdoors with regular exposure to weather, elements, and traffic; occasional exposure to loud noise, dust/debris, and jarring conditions; limited exposure to chemicals.
  • Physical Demands:Frequent sitting and walking/standing; occasional bending, twisting, squatting, kneeling, pushing/pulling; limited stair climbing and crawling; ability to lift and carry up to 50lbsat varying heights, including overhead.
  • Cognitive & Sensory Requirements:Continuous reading, screen use, mental focus, and hand-eye coordination throughout the workday.
  • Equipment & Tools:Operation of specialized equipment (e.g., mechanical broom sweeper) and use of hand controls, foot controls, and fine motor skills.
  • Safety & Protective Gear:Requireduse ofappropriate PPE, including high-visibility apparel, eye, ear, hand, foot, head, lung, and skin protection.
