Job summary

APAC Central Inc., a CRH Company, is seeking motivated Quarry Laborers in Tulsa, OK to join our plant operations. You will operate and monitor rock, sand, and gravel equipment to batch, crush, and sort materials for construction projects.

This full-time role offers $23.42 per hour (paid based on experience) with opportunities to grow through training and internal promotion. We follow OSHA/MSHA safety standards and provide PPE, a team-focused environment, and reliable hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver’s License (Class A or B CDL preferred) and clean driving record.
• At least 2 years’ related experience preferred, but we’re willing to train motivated individuals.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background check.
• Valid DOT medical card (or willingness to obtain one).
• Strict adherence to all safety rules and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist in repairs using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment as needed.
• Mentor and train newer team members, helping them grow and succeed.
• Perform general labor duties as required—your reliability makes a difference every day.
• Show up consistently and on time—your team counts on you.

Basic math, reading, and writing skills for tracking materials and time records.

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and communicate clearly with the team.

Some familiarity with Excel, Word, electricity, and mechanics is helpful.

Leadership potential—you’llhelp direct and train others in your role.

• Frequently required to climb, balance, and perform tasks involvingphysicalagility.
• Regularly sit, climb, and use hand signals or equipment; occasionally stand, walk, crawl, kneel, bend, stoop, crouch, or reach above shoulder height.
• Lift and move objects weighing up to 25-50 lbs. as needed.
