Job summary

SCO Family of Services in Ronkonkoma, NY seeks a Direct Service Worker to support individuals in their community. This full-time role requires a valid NY driver’s license and access to an insured vehicle, as well as a high school diploma or better and background clearance.

You will help promote independence and inclusion, complete daily checklists, and coordinate activities aligned with Day Habilitation Plans, with travel up to 50% of the time.

Qualifications

• OPWDD Fingerprint and Background Clearance.
• Valid NYS driver's license and insured vehicle.
