B&T Building Services is seeking part-time cleaners for Buffalo, NY, with shifts within the 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM window and pay of $17 per hour. Duties include custodial tasks and maintaining clean, safe facilities.

Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Perform custodial duties such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies.
• Empty trash and dispose of waste properly.
• Dust and wipe surfaces including desks, tables, and windowsills.
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas and break rooms.
• Follow safety guidelines and report needed repairs.

Position Details

• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Hours: will vary and will be part time with the possibility to become full time, need to be able to work within the window of 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM
• Pay: $17 with weekly pay
• City/Town - Buffalo and surrounding areas

Will need own transportation as you might need to work at more that one location during your shift.

• Duties:- Perform custodial duties such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly- Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desks, tables, and windowsills- Perform floor care tasks such as buffing, waxing, and polishing floors- Maintain cleanliness of common areas, including lobbies, hallways, and break rooms- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor
• Qualifications:- Previous experience in commercial or industrial cleaning preferred- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks- Good time management skills to prioritize work effectively- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
