Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year’s work in a large-scale cooking operation, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food ordering, storage and preparation under supervision.
• Assist cooks as directed by supervisor.
• Prepare and label nourishment according to procedures.
• Prepare portions of desserts, salads and beverages.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen and equipment per schedule.
• Ensure meals are prepared and served on time.
