Job summary

Your Employment Solutions is hiring a Dental Assistant for a West Jordan dental office. The role focuses on chairside support during cleanings and procedures, instrument passing, suctioning, and room turnover to maintain an efficient patient workflow.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience or formal training and can work well with patients and the clinical team. CPR/BLS, radiology, and dental software experience are preferred; schedule is Monday through Thursday, with some overtime on

A West Jordan dental office is hiring a Dental Assistant to join their team at $18/hour. If you enjoy working in a patient-focused environment and want a consistent Monday-Thursday schedule, this is a great opportunity to put your chairside skills to work.

What You'll Do

• Assist the dentist chairside during cleanings, fillings, and other dental procedures
• Pass instruments and materials to the dentist throughout treatments
• Perform oral suctioning and maintain a clear working field during procedures
• Prepare and break down treatment rooms between patients
• Support the clinical team with additional dental assistant duties as needed

What You Bring

Required

• Hands-on experience or formal training as a Dental Assistant
• Comfort assisting with a variety of dental procedures in a fast-moving clinical setting
• Reliable, professional, and able to work well with both patients and providers

Preferred

• Radiology certification or X-ray experience
• Experience with dental practice management software
• CPR/BLS certification

Schedule & Shift

Monday through Thursday, 7:45 AM - 6:00 PM

Friday availability preferred for occasional overtime as needed

Pay & Compensation

$18.00 per hour
