The Learning Experience - Southwest Austin is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Preschool Teacher to support learning, play, and development in our Southwest Austin location. This entry-level role offers hands-on training and the chance to grow within a child-focused environment.

Candidates with a high school diploma are preferred; ECE coursework is a plus. Salary ranges from $17 to $20 per hour, with training provided for those without experience.

• Partner with other preschool teachers to implement our proprietary curriculum and have the unique opportunity to use our engaging characters to make TLE a fun place for children to learn, play, and grow.
• Maintain quality compliance and health and safety standards throughout the daycare classrooms and programs.
• Collaborate with your peers to create a great working environment and a welcoming and engaging daycare space for children.
• Communicate with parents and families, sharing their child's latest adventures and achievements through various avenues, including mobile apps and personal discussions.

This is for Southwest Austin Location only, Salary based on experience

Candidates with experience $19-$20 per hour

Candidates without experience $17-$18 dollars per hour (Full Training Provided)
