About the Role:

In this part-time and full-time opportunity, you will work as part of a dynamic interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care to our residents. As a Day 7a-7P RN, you will be responsible for:

• Providing direct patient care to our residents, including administering medications, performing wound care, and assisting with activities of daily living

• Developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and medications administration
