Job summary

CACI is seeking a Dataflow Engineer to join a team building reliable, scalable dataflows that support mission‑critical operations. You will work hands‑on with Apache NiFi, coordinate with data providers and consumers, and help enhance performance and reliability of our data‑movement ecosystem.

You will participate in agile development, configure NiFi workflows and clusters, and ensure smooth dataflow operations while addressing escalated tickets and customer needs in a secure environment.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph is required.
• Must meet one of the listed education/experience combinations.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Apache NiFi.
• Experience setting up NiFi clusters.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
• Ability to write and interpret Regular Expressions (RegEx).

• Master's degree + 6 years of relevant experience
• Doctorate + 4 years of relevant experience
• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience with Apache NiFi
• Experience setting up NiFi clusters
• Experience working in an Agile development environment
• Ability to write and interpret Regular Expressions (RegEx)

Desired:

• Experience with AWS Elasticsearch or Splunk
• Linux proficiency
• Knowledge of MySQL
• Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Ansible
• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
